Beijing Energy International announced on 13 February 2023 that Wollar Solar has entered into a supply agreement with Jinko Solar Australia for the development of a solar power station located in Australia. The contract price of the supply agreement is approximately $44 million, excluding tax.
Considering the development of the solar power plant industry in Australia and the expected return on investment, the Company is optimistic about the future prospects of the industry. As far as the directors are aware, Jinko Solar Australia is a mature company with extensive experience in the sales of solar PV modules in Australia. The directors considered that the Group entered into supply agreements as a concrete measure to implement its overseas development strategy.
